Employee Stock Grant

Each year, on February 25, eligible employees get awarded a personal stake in the company in the form of our annual Employee Stock Grant. That means we all share in the company's long-term growth and financial success.

When the company does well, that is a direct result of all the hard work you as an employee put in each day. When the stock price increases, so does the value of your stock grant! Stock grants are an important part of the T-Mobile Total Rewards package.

(Employees are eligible if they start on or before January 31st.)
