Gift Matching: You Give, We Give
We know you love a good cause. And the T-Mobile Foundation stands ready to support the causes you care about most through our matching gifts program.
What is the Employee Matching Program?
The T-Mobile Foundation matches employees' donations to thousands of charities, dollar for dollar. And, we don't just stop there, the Foundation also donates $15 per volunteer hour that employees complete, up to a combined $2,000 per calendar year. We support the causes that inspire you so that together we can create connected, sustainable and inclusive communities.
How does the program work?
It's simple: make an online donation through our matching portal (you must be logged into the T-Mobile Network), or submit your receipt from a donation you've already made, and the T-Mobile Foundation will match it. Or log the volunteer time you give to community organizations into our portal, and we'll match that too. Thousands of nonprofits and schools are eligible. Request your match by December 31 to be eligible for the current year's matching budget!
Are all employees eligible for this program?
Yes, this matching program is for all full-time and part-time T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile employees, and you are eligible your first day on the job.
What kinds of organizations are eligible?
Thousands of organizations supporting a wide variety of causes qualify for matching from T-Mobile Foundation. If your favorite food bank, hospital or school meets our guidelines, they're in -- there is no special application process for most organizations to receive a match. All you have to do is search our database of registered charities on the matching portal, and we'll let you know if your organization qualifies.
