How Do I Enroll?
Enrollment is easy! Here's what you need to know:
- Enrollment is open: Feb. 15 – March 15 and Aug. 15 – Sept. 15
- All employees are eligible, including Domestic and Puerto Rico employees (International employees are not eligible to participate)
- Enroll through Fidelity during the enrollment window at: netbenefits.com
Enrollment Benefits
By enrolling in ESPP, you are contributing 1 – 15% of your paycheck to purchase T-Mobile stock at a 15% discount. That means you are paying 15% less than others outside the company! On top of that, the Plan offers a "lookback" that allows you to get the lower price from either the first or last day of the purchase period.

How Does It Work?
After you enroll, we do all the work for you! All you have to do is choose the after-tax percentage you want to contribute out of each of your paycheck, and we pull that out automatically. Then, at the end of six months, that money automatically purchases company stock at a 15% discount. Confused? Watch this video to see an example!
Please keep in mind, when you sell your stocks there will be taxes. If you wait 1.5 years though, there may be a special tax treatment.
