Full Tuition & Other Discounts

In partnership with EdAssist and the schools, T-Mobile fully funds the cost of tuition for eligible employees. Yep, tuition (and books, some cases) are covered at 100% at several universities.

Employees can have all their tuition paid for by T-Mobile and they will never have to pay for their tuition out of pocket. Even better, employees have the freedom to attend one of several universities that best suits their needs and career goals. Additional details about T-Mobile's Full Tuition benefits are available in the Full Tuition Program Summary.

For students interested in other schools, full-time employees are eligible for $5,250 per calendar year—the maximum non-taxable benefit allowed by the IRS. Part-time employees are eligible for $2,500 per calendar year. Employees also get free education coaching and other partner discounts.  Some Universities also offer discounts to family members of employees. Check out the Tuition Discounts and Application Instructions to learn more about the discounted schools.
