Get Enrolled
Enrolling for the First Time?
If you're newly hired and your benefits start in 2026, you first need to choose your benefits for the current year. After you enroll as a new hire, you will have the opportunity to choose your benefits for the 2027 plan year. If you don't make any changes, your 2026 benefit choices will continue in 2027, except for the Dependent Care and Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Childcares Subsidy. Visit the I'm New to T-Mobile page to learn more.
Currently Enrolled?
If you're already part of a T-Mobile benefits plan and don't make any changes, you'll stay in the same plan automatically (subject to any plan and/or premium changes, as applicable), with the exception of Dependent Care and Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and the Childcare Subsidy, which require annual enrollment.
You Must Re-Enroll If:
You are currently enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account or Childcare Subsidy and want to continue it in 2027.
