Fertility Benefits

Fertility treatments are expensive. In fact, the cost of care associated with a successful outcome usually far exceeds the coverage limit provided by most traditional insurance plans.

The Progyny benefit includes comprehensive treatment coverage leveraging the latest technologies and treatments, access to high-quality care through a premier network of fertility specialists, and personalized emotional support and guidance from a dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA). Progyny fertility specialists focus on clinical outcomes and finding the most effective course of treatment for your needs right from the start, eliminating unnecessary barriers for building a family.

To make your fertility benefits easy to use, Progyny bundles all the individual services, tests, and treatments into a Smart Cycle, which contains everything needed for comprehensive fertility treatment and helps to ensure you never have to worry about running out of coverage mid treatment.

Your Progyny benefit offers a lifetime benefit of three (3) Smart Cycles of treatment per family. Treatments covered within the Smart Cycles include:

  • IVF cycles.
  • Surrogacy embryology services.
  • Fertility preservation (egg and sperm freezing).
