T-Mobile Scholars Program
At T-Mobile, we’re committed to empowering employees and their families to plan for brighter futures — both financially and academically. The T-Mobile Scholars Program is a company-funded scholarship initiative that supports the dependent children of our employees in pursuing higher education.
This program reflects our ongoing investment in our people and reinforces our Un-carrier culture of care, opportunity, and growth. By supporting the educational aspirations of our employees’ children, we’re helping to shape the next generation of changemakers — because when our people and their families thrive, we all win.
Program Overview
The T-Mobile Scholars Program provides academic scholarships for the dependent children (under age 26) of eligible part-time or full-time employees. Through this program, T-Mobile is helping to support the next generation of innovators, leaders, and changemakers by easing the financial burden of college or technical education.
Administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s leading provider of employee-based scholarship programs, T-Mobile Scholars ensures an equitable, merit-based selection process that recognizes academic excellence, leadership, community involvement, and personal achievement.
